Integra Devices is looking to add a talented mechanical engineer with strong microelectronics packaging experience to our team. Candidate will work on designing and developing advanced micromechanical products that utilize heterogeneous integration (packaging technology) in their fabrication. Candidate will work on design, modeling, fabricating, and testing microdevice products, as well as developing and documenting their manufacturing processes.


We are looking for someone who can grow with our company, a team player who has strong mechanics and manufacturing intuition, extremely high attention to detail, a “can-do” attitude, and an aptitude for quickly learning new things.

  • BS degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
  • Experience in microelectronic packaging strongly preferred
  • 5+ years of related work experience (micro-devices, microeletronics packaging)
  • Working knowledge of CAD modeling using a major 3D software package (e.g., SolidWorks)
  • Strong experience with a variety of manufacturing processes and materials, especially precision fabrication, heterogeneous integration, and semiconductor manufacturing (CNC machining, lathe, automated machinery, molding, electroplating, lithography, laser etching, etc.).
  • Strong laboratory skills
  • Strong communication, writing, and documentation skills
  • Experience performing structural, and/or thermal analysis using FEA software (SolidWorks, COMSOL, ANSYS)
  • Experience with basic electronics and instrumentation
  • Some coding skills (e.g., Python) a plus
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage priorities and workflow with minimal supervision
  • Versatile, flexible and willing to work with constantly changing priorities
  • Relay (electromagnetic or MEMS) experience a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Outlook and Word
